Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account page and you keep access until the end of the billing period. No emails, no retention flow.
What counts as a search?
Opening a report for a user ID counts as one search. Re-opening the same ID within 24 hours does not count again.
Do unused searches roll over?
No. Daily limits reset every 24 hours and the free weekly search resets every 7 days.
Can my whole mod team share a plan?
The Team plan includes three moderator seats and a shared watchlist. Starter and Pro are single-seat plans.
